SHIRO Membership Program

Thank you for your continued patronage of SHIRO products.

From January 2026, we will launch the "SHIRO Membership Programme",  a membership scheme offering unique brand experiences tailored to each individual customer. From Tuesday, 7th October 2025, you will be able to start accumulating your purchase history. This applies to purchases made at stores in your registered country, through the official online store, and at all SHIRO stores worldwide.

True to SHIRO's commitment to craftsmanship, this programme plan to offer various rewards based on products and experiences tailored to your purchase history.

We aim to foster a more personal relationship, moving beyond ‘SHIRO and all customers’ to ‘SHIRO and each individual customer’.

■ How to Join the SHIRO Membership Programme

New members will automatically be enrolled the programme upon registration.
Existing members will be assigned a membership tier based on purchases made prior to the programme launch, effective from early 2026.

■ About Membership Tier and Member Rewards

Within this programme, membership tier are assigned based on your purchase history over a one-year period (1st January to 31st December each year).

The overview of each tier is as follows:

Program Requirements
  • Minimum of one purchase per year is required
  • At least 2 purchases with an annual total amount of £90 or more
  • "If both conditions are met:
    ① 3+ purchases with an annual total amount of £180 or more
    ② At least one purchase must be made without selecting a paid shopping bag
  • Access by invitation only

Depending on your membership tier, we offer items and services available only here, birthday rewards, and special experiences. Details of these rewards will be announced on the online store once finalised.

※Purchases made outside the SHIRO Official Online Store and SHIRO flagship stores worldwide are excluded from tier calculation and reward eligibility.
※Shipping fees, shopping bags, and gift boxes are excluded from tier calculation.
※We do not retroactively add purchase history based on receipt submissions or similar.

■Recording and Checking Purchase History

Whether at any store worldwide or the SHIRO Official Online Store, you can record the products purchased, the store, and the date/time.

Log in to your My Page and complete your purchase; your purchase history will be recorded immediately upon payment completion. (Purchases made outside your registered country are recorded but display on My Page is scheduled for January 2026.)

<In-Store Purchases>
At checkout, please log in to your SHIRO Membership Programme My Page via the SHIRO Online Store and present your membership card screen at the till.
SHIRO staff will scan the screen to complete your purchase history registration. We hope you enjoy shopping at SHIRO in your own style while making the most of this programme.

※Unregistered customers must register as new members.
※Tier calculation and rewards eligibility follow the programme rules of your registered country. Whilst purchase history is recorded globally, redemption of rewards items and use of rewards is only possible in the country of registration.
※The contents of this Membership Programme are subject to change without prior notice.
