An item originally created with the launch of our former brand, LAUREL, makes a comeback in a renewed form. Laurel oil* makes up 90% of the oils contained in the soap. This cleanser creates a soft, creamy lather that gently lifts away excess oil and impurities while retaining the skin’s natural moisture, leaving it feeling clean and smooth, without tightness.
With continued use, your skin becomes smoother and naturally more hydrated, making it a great choice during times when air conditioning or other factors cause dryness. It’s gentle enough to use not only on the face, but also on the body and hair.
For the past two years, our Laurel Soap has appeared in mini size in our Advent Calendar and it’s become a favourite not only among customers but also among SHIRO staff. This special, limited-edition series is available only for now, filled with the history of craftsmanship that has shaped our brand.

Made using the cold process method, which avoids applying heat and uses low temperatures, this soap preserves the natural benefits and fragrance of laurel, along with glycerine derived from plant oils that deeply moisturizes the skin. It’s a skincare item born from SHIRO’s signature approach: simple formulations that let the power of natural ingredients shine through.

Wet the soap with water and lather well. Gently cleanse your entire face with the foam, then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.
About the Ingredient: Laurel -Turkey
Its oil is extracted from the fruit of wild laurel trees that grow in Mediterranean countries such as Turkey and Syria. In these regions, local families have traditionally collected the ripe fruits that have fallen from the trees to make oil, which is mainly used in soap making. The oil extracted from the fruit is particularly known for its strong antibacterial and moisturizing effects helping to keep the skin clean and healthy.
