From Tuesday, 27th January 2026, we launch the "SHIRO Membership Programme", a membership scheme offering unique brand experiences tailored to each individual customer.
We offer a variety of exclusive rewards and experiences based on your membership tier.
We aim to provide a more personal relationship, not with “all customers and SHIRO”, but with “each and every customer and SHIRO”.
■ About Membership Tier
Your membership tier is determined by your total purchases made during the calendar year, from 1st January to 31st December based on your purchases at the SHIRO official online/offline stores.
＊Purchases made on or after Tuesday, 7th October 2025* are also included in this year's tier calculation.
* Purchase History made in-store where the membership barcode was scanned, and purchase history from the SHIRO official online store.
■ Regarding Member Rewards
You can check your current rewards by logging into your My Page on the SHIRO official online store in the country where you registered your membership.
■ For members born in January whose birthday reward currently shows an expiry date of Saturday, 31st January 2026
Although birthday rewards are normally valid only during your birth month, we will be extending the usage period until Saturday, 28th February 2026.
Purchases made at the SHIRO official online store in your registered country and at SHIRO stores worldwide qualify for stage benefits. Please enjoy your SHIRO shopping experience in your own style while making the most of this programme.
